Who runs FotScout

• FotScout is a personal project with no legal entity, run by Amr Batheeb, an independent football data analyst. Contact: hello@fotscout.app

The service

• FotScout offers football player data, grades, reports and scouting tools. It is open by invitation for now; plans and prices come later.
• Grades and reports describe what a player did on the pitch. They are not advice to sign, sell or buy a player, and not financial advice.

Who may use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Invited members get a personal account: one person per account. Keep your sign-in private and tell us if someone else used it.

Fair use

• Do not copy the player database in bulk, scrape the site, resell its content, or share your access.
• Do not try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Exported cards and images may be posted with the FotScout name on them, as they are made.
• We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

Content you add

• Notes, judgements and articles you write stay yours. You allow FotScout to show them to the people you choose.

Our work

• The FotScout name, design, grades, reports and methods are ours. Using the service does not give you any right to them beyond what these terms allow.

Football data

• Figures come from public football data and our own work. They can contain errors or gaps; a missing figure is shown as a dash, never guessed.
• Names, pictures, logos and marks of clubs, leagues and players belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.
• Removal requests: if you hold rights to something shown on FotScout and want it removed or corrected, write to hello@fotscout.app with the page and the reason. We act within 14 days.

No guarantee

• FotScout is provided as it is, without any warranty. We are not liable for decisions made using it, or for any indirect loss, as far as the law allows.

Changes and ending

• We may change these terms, the service, or stop it. The date at the top shows the latest version; members are told before a change affects them.

Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
